Wedding party
We are having a large wedding party…the more the merrier!!!
Matron of Honor:
Jill Mercado: We worked together starting in 2004 at MIT and have been best friends since 
She has been a blessing for me since I moved back to New England after college and I’ve been so lucky to have her close for the last 4 years!
Bridesmaids:
Elizabeth Bryant (Weyerbacher): Lizzy and I met on her recruiting trip to IU, I was her host She is one of the most die-hard IU fans that I’ve ever met and I love it! She is the same way with all of her friends. She is an amazing person (just graduated from medical school!), she was an amazing swimmer and teammate and one of my closest friends! Lizzy just celebrated her wedding a few weeks back and I’m so happy she will be a part of me and Matt’s wedding!
Leslie Fuzellier: We are so happy that Leslie, Matt’s sister, is able to come to the US and be a part of the wedding. I have only met Leslie once in France last year, but she was so fun! I can’t wait for my friends to meet her and for her to meet my friends. I think the entire bridal party will be so fun!! And I’m honored to have her here to celebrate in her first US wedding!
Megan Geers (soon to be LaBuhn): What I can I say about Meg?! We spent most of our college days together…and I mean almost every free moment One did not usually go to Target or Kroger with out the other! From scrapbooking on weekends to our “themed” nights out, we had 5 incredible college years! And I truly believe we will have more memories together even though we are 1000 miles apart!
Jillian Harvey: I would not have made it through college without Jillian. She is such an amazing friend! She was on the same recruiting trip as Lizzy and I was so happy when both of them decided to come to IU!!! When I think of all my memories with Jillian, they were always a blast!! From spring break to Terra Trace house parties, Jillian was always the life of the party I’m so thankful that she is able to make it out to MA for the wedding with AJ and her son Benjamin! I can’t wait to have the Harvey family here!!
Kristin Landry: Kristin, also known as Munch, is my oldest friend. We have been great friends since we were 8 and competing on relays together at 10 and under New England Championships. We have done everything together…we made it through grade school, high school, college, while swimming the entire time, and kept a great friendship the entire way. I have so many wonderful memories with Munch and I can’t imagine my wedding without her.
Laura Wareck: Laura, Munch and I were inseparable in high school! I’ve been friends with Laura ever since she joined our swim team when she was 12. I remember playing cards with Laura for hours on end, going to the beach whenever we could and I will never forget that she is the one who introduced me to Harry Potter I’m so happy that we have remained close friends for so long and I’m so happy to have her in our wedding!!!

Colleen McCracken: I will never forget the day I met Colleen, I was moving into my dorm room my freshman year of college….she was all flustered and leaving her room all dressed up (it was early on a weekend) and she asked if I was a swimmer. I said yes and she said “Me TOO!!! I live right across the hall!” So I thought great, I have a spunky, friendly new swimmer friend that lives right across the hall. Then she told me she had to run because she had a court appointment. I asked what for and she said she had been arrested at a huge party the weekend before for underage drinking…haha. My college experience would never have been the same without Colleen. I lived with her for 3 years in college and I enjoyed every minute. She is the type of friend that would do anything for you. I’m so honored to have her as a part of our wedding!!!
